Action against the closure of Charlbury Library
In addition to the e-petition there will be paper version for everyone to sign as there are those who do not have access to the net. The petition will be launched at the Read In at Charlbury Library at midday on Saturday 5 February. It can be signed in the coming weeks in the entrance hall of the Corner House, at Evenlode Books and we hope other shops in the town. Come along on the 5th and show your support for the Library and read your favourite poem or prose passage. This is part of a national action at libraries threatened with closure. You can also become Friend of the Library and attend the AGM on 28 February at 7.30 at the Friends Meeting House. Details with the Leaflet.
