Can I point out to people that the West Oxford Community Safety Partnership are holding an open meeting at ST MARY'S Church on 23rd OCTOBER at 7.30 pm.
At the meeting will be discussed what issues you, as a community, want tackled in the next twelve months. It will also give me a chance to meet those of you that I have yet to come into contact with. The meeting will also be attended by representatives of the local councils.
So please come along, and make your voices heard, and assist us in making your community a safer place to live and work.

Charlbury's Own Cinema, with support from the Theatre Chipping Norton is now a monthly event.
Films will be shown at the Bell in the Cornbury Suite once a month, usually on one of the middle two sundays.
Upcoming films are Chinatown,Goodnight and goodluck, Some like it Hot (near Christmas) and Walk the Line in the New Year.
We will be looking to work with Fergus, Sarah and the kitchen to put on a intereting meal/snack option with each of these films

The Corner House Committee is pleased to announce that, following permission for temporary change of use from a caretaker's flat, two new, sizeable rooms are available for hire on the first floor of the Corner House. To view or book the Oliver Watney Room or the Larcum Kendal Room, please contact the caretakers, Jane and Ian Parsons, on 810879 or complete a booking form (available in the hall of the Corner House) in the usual way.
