Charlbury resident knighted
Charlbury resident Stephen Bubb has received a knighthood in the New Year's Honours List. Chief Executive of the Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations, his house is on Thames Street. He is one of a select band of Charlbury bloggers.
