Clearing the pavements
There has been much debate on whether clearing your pavement outside your house would lead to prosecution if someone were to have an accident. Please listen on BBC iPlayer to Today in Parliament for 11th January, when the first seven minutes are on this subject. You can then make your own minds up whether to do this or not, but it does seem a neighbourly thing to do, for all concerned. The link is here
