CHARLBURY MEDICAL CENTRE: COVID and FLU VACCINATION CLINICS in OCTOBER
Patients of Charlbury Medical Centre
CMC will hold covid and flu vaccination clinics for all eligible patients on Thursday, 10 October, Wednesday, 16 October and Wednesday 23, October in the Charlbury Football & Social Club as before. Thank you to the Club for allowing the use of the club house.
The medical centre will contact patients by text or by phone. You may also phone the practice or use Patient Access to make an appointment. Please help friends, neighbours and relatives who may not be familiar with text messages or comfortable using the phone to make an appointment by calling the medical centre on 01608 811 680, after 11am.
The vaccinations provide vital protection to keep people from developing serious illnesses and ending up in hospital during busy winter months.
Please print and complete the consent form available on the home page of the medical centre website and remember to bring it with you. https://www.thecharlburymedicalcentre.nhs.uk/
