CRAG’s call for winter coats, urgently needed in the Calais area
In the second half of 2021, the extremely generous response to the needs of refugees that followed the tragic events in Afghanistan led to our usual distributors of donated materials being swamped and unable to accept any more.
But we have now heard from Care4Calais that there is an urgent need for men’s coats. CRAG would be *immensely* grateful for donations of medium-sized and small, men’s warm coats and jackets in good condition. They will be sent to refugees gathered in northern France in the Calais area.
Please note that Care4Calais is not at present able to accept donations of any other kinds of clothing, toys etc.
