Your Scout Group needs you!
Charlbury Scout Group has been running for many years and has provided valuable
opportunities for children to make new friends, learn new skills and take part in outdoor activities and community work. Currently the Scout Group comprises Beavers, Cubs and Scouts and caters for boys and girls aged between 6 and 14, providing a programme of week-night and weekend activities. Scout activities are dependent on the work of volunteers and we currently require a little extra assistance. Not so much but enough to make a real difference to our ability to maintain the Scout Group and the good work it does in the town. We are looking for
- People to join the Scout and Beaver leadership teams.
- A Treasurer to support the Executive Committee in the management of Group finances (this requires a basic knowledge of finance, not a finance degree!).
