Charlbury Community Centre Building Update
As you may have noticed the large spoil adjacent to the former Sports and Social Club has been removed.
The next phase, which commences today, will be the demolition and removal of all the buildings on the site. The demolition contractor will initially set up the site to facilitate demolition but we do anticipate main demolition works starting later this week or very early next week.
The contractor anticipates being on site for a two-week period. Inevitably, dust will be generated by the work but the contractor is very experienced and they will be doing everything to minimize the impact to users of the Spendlove centre. Please be aware that dust may occur if you are leaving your car in and around the Spendlove Centre over the demolition period.
