Last chance to register for part-buy at Little Lees
The part-buy, part-rent properties at the new Little Lees development will be opened up to people from around West Oxfordshire unless more potential Charlbury buyers come forward.
Of the four two-bedroom properties, one has now been sold to a Charlbury resident - but no other potential Charlbury buyers have come forward. Soha, the developer, says: "We would really like to have more enquiries from the town."
You can read full details of the properties here. In brief, buyers can buy between 50% and 75%, and pay the rest as rent. This means that the cheapest of the flats costs £86,250 (50% share).
