Chronicle and Canoe Club benefit from ChOC donations
ChOC has agreed two donations from its local charity fund. A cheque for £100 is on its way to the Charlbury Chronicle to help defray increased printing and postage costs.
The committee has also agreed to donate £100 to the Canoe Club who are in need of new helmets, paddles and buoyancy aids.
ChOC raises money for good causes by the raffles it holds at its monthly film shows, and from the sale of DVDs both at film shows and through its website.
