Hey team! 

We had another great turnout last Saturday at the Bootcamp! More new faces and the workout turned people into warriors with abs in the 40 min workout! 

This week there will be weights and cardio to cover all aspects of the body to help burn fat and tone those muscles! 

Show up and come and get it done while everyone else is asleep!

Hi team 

Saturday's Bootcamp 8am at the Community Centre will be "The Warrior 2" Workout! 

A bodyweight workout covering cardio, upper body strength lower body strength and core all in the space of 30mins and that means there will be some time for some extra if people have had their weetabix! :P

Great turn out this morning for the bootcamp class!  I was so impressed! 

Each of you gave the energy and showed great work at 8am on a Saturday! Each of you gave it your all and be very proud of yourself! 

You got it done while everyone else was asleep and I hope you all have great weekends!

Tomorrow is Saturday! 

Bootcamp is back! 

Tomorrow is Cardio with Weights.... yeah, thats right! Cardio burns that fat, the weights will burn a little more! 

But if you don't want to use the weights, thats fine! use your body and get it moving! there are moves for all levels of fitness! 

We have some fun moves tomorrow! 

"Stiff Zombie" - "Over the bridge lunges" - "Jane Fondas" and "Shoot the basket" to name a few...

Intrigued?... me too and see you at 8am tomorrow morning at the community centre!

Hi Team 

a great workout last Saturday and the teams energy was high and there was a lot of sweat and fat evaporating from people with the "Accelerator" workout. 

If you are looking to get your sweat on come and join the team at 8am on Saturday morning at the community centre. This weeks workout will cover cardio, strength work with weights and core work for those 6 pack abs!

Hi team 

It was another good turn out for the bootcamp last Saturday! Again, some new faces that really bought their A-game and be part of the team! 

For those that are looking to kick start their health and fitness journey before Christmas is upon us! Come done and get your workout done, while everyone else is asleep!

This week's workout will be cardio based named "The Accelerator" to get that fat burning double time!

Great turn out for yesterdays Saturday Morning Bootcamp! 

Lots of new faces and 15 people getting their bodies moving, heart pumping and fat burning at 8am and then off to enjoy the rest if their weekends! 

It was a great fun and I've already heard that the delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) has kicked in! But don't panic that is your body changing for the better!

If you fancy joining the team and getting your fitness fix early at the weekend so you can be guilt free for the rest of the weekend come on down!

Great work from the team at the bootcamp! 

Some new faces which is always nice to see! 

People were definitely leaving a lot warmer after the cold Saturday morning frost! 

Next Week's bootcamp will be pushing you agility and core so you look like an olympic champion! 

If you need to get warm at the start of the weekends now winters coming come down and get your sweat on!
