Hi team

I thought I'd keep let the original post fade away that was announcing the bootcamp and start one dedicated fully to the bootcamp.

This topic page will be for updates or discussions regarding the bootcamp and a chance for people to ask questions about it.

For people that are attending you can add you requests to the music play list as well!

For those that have not attended and still thinking about it here are a couple of quotes from people that have come in the last 2 weeks.

"Tried this class today and it was excellent. Well worth getting up early for and the class was hard enough to be worth the effort of getting there but not so hard that you couldn’t complete the exercises. Highly recommend!"

"I agree. Great way to start the weekend. Won’t pretend I’m not slightly sore this morning but just in a way that shows we got an excellent full body workout. Thanks Chris."

"The sweat is real!"

"Saturdays start in a different way now and it's great!"

This class is for all levels of fitness and I will adjust moves if you need to from the moderate version to the intense version. All I ask is you do your best and if you need rest, take the rest! have a lie down! it doesn't matter!

here is a little more info about the bootcamp

The bootcamp will be a 35- 45 mins workout class that will cover cardio, lower body strength, upper body strength and core work. For all levels of fitness, I will help people with each move and show different ways of doing them that makes you feel comfortable and safe.

This will be done with bodyweight, kettlebell and dumbbell exercises to get you sweating and those muscles nice and toned.

I will be using different principles such as aerobic, high intensity interval training (HIIT) - timed exercises, or reach a number of repetitions for each exercise, within your own capabilities.

I want you to push yourself, but if you need rest or take a break whenever, that's fine! who cares!

Once your breath is back, jump straight back in!

You showed up and are doing it, ego is left at the door and we as a team will get the bootcamp done together as a team! I really want to create a sense of community and teamwork as well.

If you are new to exercises or fitness' classes each move will have a starters version and if you have had your weetabix that morning there will be more progressive and ways of making each exercise more intense.

I will guide and make sure everyone is safe and having fun and occasionally maybe a dad joke will be told!

This bootcamp is all about showing up, getting the work done and having fun and leaving with a sense of pride, confidence and achievement because you did your best!
