Thu 23 Jan: Golosi's Pizza Night at Chloe's 23rd January
Hi everyone!
Happy new year, hope you are all surviving this cold spell. We thought we’d warm you all up with a Golosi PIZZA NIGHT at Chloe’s on Thursday the 23rd of January.
Although our chef Fabrizio loves to cook pasta by night he is actually a top pizza chef by day, heading up the pizzeria at Cecconi’s in Bicester village. He will be making a special type of street pizza called ‘Pizza al Trancio’. This is cooked in a tray and served by the slice, with a thick soft base, golden crunchy crust and loaded with lots of delicious toppings!!
This time we will be doing a very simple set menu (pizzeria style!) of Caprese Salad to start then 3 slices of Pizza al Trancio with different toppings followed by Tiramisu dessert.
The tickets are £25 per head with our normal 2 sittings at either 6pm or 8pm. We will also be offering a take away option of £6 per pizza slice via pre-order. (please email kate.chloescharlbury@gmail.com to pre-order the takeaway)

Norma: Tomato, Mozzarella, Aubergine, smoked Ricotta, Basil.
Diavola: Tomato, Mozzarella, spicy Salami, Chilli, Basil.
Margot: Provola, Sausage, Mushrooms, Parmesan, Truffle Oil, Basil.
Dessert
Tiramisu - Savoiardi biscuit, Mascarpone, Coffee, Amaretto.
