Fri 12 Apr: Taste of Spring Supper Club

This event is in the past.

We are delighted to launch our first supper club at The Barn with guest chef Jac Webster.

Originally from Warwickshire Jac has over 15 years’ experience working in award-winning restaurants including holding the position of Senior Sous Chef under Michael Wignall at both The Angel Inn in North Yorkshire as well as Sous Chef at Gidleigh Park in Devon, each held 1 and 2 Michelin Stars, respectively.

Taste of Spring is a six-course ingredient-led tasting menu celebrating the flavours of the season.

Drawing inspiration from our market garden at Daylesford Organic, Jac will be cooking over ash on our wood-fired grill in our open plan kitchen, with the theatre of the chefs always on view.

Each course features the spring ingredients we look forward to all winter, such as wild garlic, asparagus, spring pea and Daylesford lamb. The evening will begin with a seasonal spring cocktail on arrival.
