Free beginners yoga class Wednesday 6.30pm

I have a couple of spaces in my beginners yoga class on Wednesdays, 6.30-7.30pm, which starts on 13th September. If you would like to try a beginners yoga class out for free then please do get in touch, either through this website or on info@matthewgreenfield.com - suitable for all ages and abilities!
I also have space in my longer Monday evening class (7-8.30pm) and my 60+ class on Wednesdays (10-11.30am) so if you are interested in joining one of these classes on a regular basis then do email me.
