Here's a quick update on our forthcoming events over the coming weeks:

Long Table

Wednesday and Thursday next week (19th and 20th) March see our next Long Table events. These events are focussed on Women and Food, the speakers are local food writer Kathy Slack (aka @gluts_gluttony) who will be talking about her most recent book ‘Rough Patch’ and Mel Moss, who is currently setting up The Bull’s Hospitality School. Bash Bites Book Club

Very excited about this pop-up from our friend and fellow cook, Ash. Our first book-based dinner takes inspiration from Anthony Bourdains ‘Kitchen Confidential’. Think good food, great stories, and a little chaos—just how Bourdain would want it. Join us for a four course dinner inspired by Kitchen Confidential on 3rd April at 7 PM. Expect bold flavours, sharp conversation, and a toast to the man who told it like it is.

Miss Ingredient Takeover

I am so delighted to be working with my friend (and excellent chef) Katrina on her ‘Gather & Feast ‘supper club at Chloe’s. Katrina (aka @miss.ingredient) is putting together a wonderful Middle Eastern-inspired menu on the following evenings, Tickets can be found HERE:

Wednesday 26th March: 4 tickets left

Thursday 27th March: Sold Out

Friday 28th March: Tickets available

The menu includes Za’atar flatbread with lebne and muhamarra and spiced walnuts, crispy beetroot and cumin rolls, persian spiced slow cooked lamb shoulder with many delicious sides, orange honey and cardamom almond cake with clotted cream, Fresh mint tea & white chocolate, rose and pistachio fudge (veggie and gf options are available too).

Charlbury Flea Market
