Hi all
I'm posting here in case anyone knows anyone who's looking for a cottage for up to 6 months from January 2025 until we move back ourselves in September 2025. If it's a 6-month let I'd encourage people to go via Fairfax estate agents, but if it's less than 6 months they'd need to deal directly with me as it wouldn't qualify for an AST. I'm looking to cover my own rental costs as we are currently tenants ourselves, closer to a school (my daughter's in year 6 and the commute was too long). I'm happy to chat to anyone, or show them around, or give them a remote video tour... The price below is excluding bills. For ease, I'd add the bills for periods less than 6 months.
