Thank you, Andrew, for posting.

For the past couple of years, there’s been a drop-in youth session running on Friday evenings at the Community Centre. The all-new CYC, led by Charlbury's Youth Ambassador Bryanna Bone, continues to offer this, and so much more!

CYC isn’t just a club – it’s a space where young people from Charlbury and surrounding areas can explore their interests, find mentorship, and enjoy activities in a supportive environment.

Teenagers! Come along to some of the sessions on offer so far:

Youth Badminton Club Tuesdays 5–6 pm, Charlbury Community Centre

Pizza & Paradoxes (Youth Philosophy Club) – Tuesdays 7:30–8:30 pm, see website for venue. Free pizza and philosophical fun!

Youth Art ClubWednesdays 7–8:30 pm, Art Room at the Corner House

Friday Drop-In SessionFridays 7–9 pm, Charlbury Community Centre

Support CYC

CYC sessions are free (or voluntary donation £1) but running a youth club is expensive –administrative costs, venue hire, equipment and materials costs all add up. That’s why we’re fundraising. Our first-year budget is £15,645 and thanks to generous donations, we’re close – with £11,520 – but we still need £4,125. Every contribution helps build an inclusive and vibrant youth community in our town.

Please donate if you can: www.spacehive.com/charlbury-youth-ambassador. Note that for technical reasons (we have been given money but not via the Spacehive crowdfunding page, but we are unable to alter parts of the Spacehive page to explain this!), the Spacehive page doesn't reflect the fact that we are much closer to our goal than the page suggests.

Bryanna is always looking for volunteers to help run CYC's sessions. Interested? Contact Bryanna Bone at youthclub@charlburycommunitycentre.org.uk.
