Fri 4 Oct, 17:38 Dear Parents, I’m excited to share some updates on our upcoming Youth Art Club (YAC) and the much-anticipated Halloween Haunted House and After Party! 1. Youth Art Club Launches Wednesday, 9th October We are thrilled to announce that the Youth Art Club will be launching on Wednesday, 9th October! The Art Room (behind the Corner House, next to the Bull) will be open to all youth from 7:00-8:30 pm every Wednesday night. If your child is interested in joining, please have them sign up through this club form to stay updated on all things YAC: https://forms.gle/AG7e1iusUsq4ecCK7 ; 2. Halloween Event Reminders We’re also getting ready for the Stranger Things-themed Halloween Haunted House and After Party on Friday, 25th October, and we need your help to make it an unforgettable night! • Spooky Hall for Under 7s: From 6:00-7:00 pm, the sports hall will be open for children under 7. It will be softly lit with haze, providing a fun, safe space for the little ones to play. • Haunted House: From 7:00-8:30 pm, the haunted house will be open to the community, followed by a DJ’d afterparty for the youth. 3. We Need Volunteers! We’re still looking for parent and youth volunteers to help with set-up, production of the haunted house, and chaperoning the afterparty.
