Below is this weeks menu - we're getting on to the last of the cucumbers and basil this week and doing a bit of preserving and fermenting (which we hope will put us in good stead for the winter months!). Our harvests from Kitchen Garden People and Church Lane produce have been really abundant this week: tomatoes, brocolli, beetroot, carrots, celery, beans, salad, cucumbers, sweetcorn, crown prince squash and courgettes. We also have a couple of new cakes on the counter (vegan chocolate loaf and a victoria sponge with blackberry and apple cream) and some delicious takeaway options (salad box with Chloe's bread and pesto and Cured pork loin with Ashcombe cheese, chutney and salad on our bread). They are relatively quick to come out of the kitchen, so if you want extra just ask!
