Good morning everyone,

The day is finally here, Wilderness opens the doors for its tenth year. We cannot wait to welcome you.

Before we can, I wanted to put all ticketing / entry information into one place for your reference and to hopefully answer any last queries you may have. The ticketing team have been working tirelessly yesterday and it should now be the case that:

E-TICKETS

- 2021 ticketholders have a Ticketmaster e-ticket that they will exchange for a wristband on arrival at their relevant campsite / pedestrian gate.

- 2020 rolled over ticketholders have a Universe e-ticket that they will exchange for a wristband on arrival at their relevant campsite / pedestrian gate.

If for any reason you do not have either, please first check your junk folder and if it is still not there, please email wildernessguests@gingerowl.co.uk and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

TICKET TRANSFER

I've been assured that ticket transfer should now be available on all events. If however, this is still not appearing as an option, you can either:

1. Arrive with the person you are transferring the tickets to (if you are only transferring a number of tickets from your overall order) and transfer at the box office. OR

2. Send the person you are transferring the tickets to, the e-ticket and a letter of authorisation (an email from the address that booked the tickets is sufficient), if you can provide your phone number as well, this way we can call if there are any issues upon check-in. They can then come to the relevant campsite box office and the ticketing team will transfer these tickets over.

CAR PARK PASSES

For those that booked and rolled car park passes from 2020, you should now have received your e-pass for these, via Universe. Please check your junk folder for this and if not, email wildernessguests@gingerowl.co.uk

QUERIES / OUTSTANDING ISSUES

If for any reason you still have not received your tickets prior to arriving OR you have not yet rolled over your 2020 ticket but would like to, please head to our Yellow Gate Pedestrian Box Office. This is our best access route for pedestrians coming from Charbury. If you're coming by car / camping, you can park temporarily, head to the box office and then head round to your relevant carpark / campsite gate.

Here, they will have a full list of names of everyone who has booked a 2021 ticket or rolled a ticket over from 2020 and can ensure you receive absolutely everything you need to enter the festival.

If you haven't yet rolled your 2020 ticket but would like to, please bring your 2020 paper ticket to the Box Office, so we can switch it out.

You can see our Local Residents Arrival Information pack here and all our campsite specific arrival info packs on this page.

Please don't forget you will need to prove your Covid status, prior to entering the festival. All details can be found here. To ease your entry into the festival, please make sure you have everything ready for this, prior to your arrival.

And finally, from everyone on the Wilderness Team, we are so incredibly grateful for your enduring support. The last year and a half has been one we never could have imagined and we are so looking forward to welcoming you back and bringing a slice of joy in the fields that we are so proud and honoured to be able to call home for one weekend a year. We hope you have a wonderful time and remember if you ever need us we are just a phone call away - 020 8396 7758.
