Good morning everyone,

Pre-warning: lengthy post ahead, settle in with a cuppa, for a helpful and informative update, that will hopefully cover all questions you may have.

  • If you have not yet booked your tickets through the link provided: You will have received a follow up email from guesttickets@wildernessfestival.com to prompt you to book. Please book by Friday 30th July. (Please check your junk folder if you’ve not received this).

For those who had Wilderness 2020 Tickets and have already visited the Thomas Gifford Centre to roll or refund these:

  • If you’ve handed in your 2020 tickets and rolled them to 2021, you should have already received an email to confirm this. If you haven’t received this, please check your junk folder before emailing guesttickets@wildernessfestival.com. We will send you an e-ticket within the next 7 days, you then exchange this for your festival wristband on entry to the festival.
  • If you’ve handed in your 2020 tickets and requested a refund this should have been processed already. If you have not received a requested refund, please email guesttickets@wildernessfestival.com and let us know.

For those who still have Wilderness 2020 Tickets that they haven’t yet rolled / refunded at the Thomas Gifford Centre:

  • Please email guesttickets@wildernessfestival.com and let us know if you would like to roll or refund your tickets and we shall action accordingly.

Transferring tickets to someone else:

ENTERING THE FESTIVAL

COVID-19 Entry Requirements

  • Having carried out various test events, we are implementing a robust, tried and tested COVID-19 entry system for all customers at Wilderness. This will be applicable to all public entering the festival. You can read full information on this here.
  • For your reassurance as well, we are also implementing a rigorous COVID-19 management system for all crew / performers and working personnel coming to the festival.

Entrance Map

  • You can see our full entrance map here, showing the various entrance routes for the festival, depending on where you are staying.
  • For those walking / cycling to the festival, please use the usual Yellow Gate / North Lodge entrance.
  • The pedestrian box office will be positioned along the driveway (further along from the working personnel check-in).
  • At this box office you will need to first prove your COVID-19 status, as per the entry requirements, and then exchange your mobile ticket for your festival wristband. You can then proceed to enter the festival via the usual entry point, turning left at the top of the driveaway, passing through the solar powered gate and entering the arena on your right.
  • Anyone coming via car / camping at the festival, will follow the same process but via your relevant campsite / car park gates.

GETTING IN TOUCH

  • If you have anything you need to speak to us about you can contact us on our Local Resident’s Phone Line: 0208 396 7758.
  • During the build (up to the 4th August) and the break (10th – 16th August) this will be operational 8am-7pm.
  • During the show days (5th-9th August) this will be operational 24hours a day.

EXTRA EXPERIENCES

  • If you've booked any extra experiences in advance, please bring a copy of the lead booker’s I.D. and your confirmation email (printed or screenshotted on your phone) to check in. Group bookings must arrive together to check in.
  • If you missed out on experiences / have experiences you’d like sell, our Info Tent swapping tree will be back, where you can leave a note of any experiences you’re looking to book, sell or swap with other festivalgoers.
  • Feasting and Dining: Our food experiences sold out faster than ever but fear not, if you didn’t manage to secure a space, we have saved a limited number of walk ups for our Fire Feast and Wilderness Kitchen Vegan feast, bookable early on the day, at the restaurant of your choice.
  • Wellbeing and Outdoor Experiences: Will still be on sale for a few more days through our website and after that anything remaining will be available to book at the festival at either The Sanctuary Reception (Wellbeing Experiences) or The Info Tent (Outdoor Experiences)

OTHER INFORMATION

  • We have now launched a Wilderness App to help you plan your weekend, full information on how to download this is available here.
  • We will once again have our Wilderness Programmes on sale at the festival for £10 at our Wilderness Emporium and Info Tent.
  • For any general queries please always check our website and if you still can’t find the answer, email info@wildernessfestival.com. Please be aware our emails get very busy just before the festival but we will endeavour to get back to everyone as quickly as possible.
