Gangs of Boys

I live just off the Ditchley Road and have noticed on several occassions a gang of 8 - 10 boys (mid teens I would guess) hanging around the area. I wouldn't worry normally but they seem to keep huddling behind the garages in Jefferson Piece and although not causing problems with people (that I know of) are throwing rubbish about and being generally noisy. I don't recognise any of these boys and have lived here for 10 years now. Does anyone else have any problems? I am reluctant to approach them incase they cause trouble and am very nervous about going to my garage when they are there.
