Help setting up smart phone for my Aunt!

Mon 5 Dec 2022, 22:26 Has anyone got half an hour to spare tomorrow to look at an Alcatel 1 2021 entry level smart phone that my Aunt is struggling to set up. My "help" is not getting her anywhere - something to do with app permissions, though as far as I can see, they are all enabled, so I can't work out what the problem is! She is only staying with me until tomorrow (Tuesday) mid-afternoon. Help please??? Thank you, Julie Ward |
