An organisation called the Good Law Project, who recently successfully challenged the government on their net zero strategy, are now planning to take them on regarding dumping sewage in rivers. They want the government to enforce a much tighter deadline on water companies to improve their storm overflows so that sewage is not constantly ending up in rivers. I thought Charlbury folk would be interested in helping them raise the money they need as there has been a lot of discussion here about how this affects the Evenlode and Windrush.
