Only last Saturday I witnessed another of the "rules don't apply to me" people. Whilst driving past the charlbury playgroup a woman was throwing armfuls of ragwort into the road from the field opposite the playgroup.. Does this lady have no respect for the community that uses the road and surrounding area? or for the safety of road users, (small stones thrown up by the car in front hit my windscreen) including cyclists who cycle this road regularly.

If somebody threw things in the road where this person lives I bet she would be the first to complain, dispose of your ragwort like the rest of us responsible horse owners by either your green waste bin or your rubbish bin PLEASE.
