Fri 21 Oct 2022, 12:50 Argh, I am now having issues with the speed dropping and terrible lag. I've contacted Gigaclear and it turns out there is a problem with my connection-now awaiting an engineer to visit. Maybe worth contacting them Miles |

Have you checked https://gigaclear.com/network-status If I remember correctly the consumer package is 50/1 contention ratio, maybe it is just busy at the current time. It could be the router/Wifi. Try a network cable with a computer with Gigabit network port (1000T) plugged into the router network port and reboot the router. Try the speed test then if it is good then the chance is you device is connecting to 2.4Ghz wifi instead of 5Ghz |
