Jean have you checked inside your wheely bins? I thought ours had gone missing a few months ago and found it had been slung inside the emptied grey bin.

I have recently moved and was able to collect a new one from the WODC office in Witney (just round the corner from Natwest).  The council will deliver but if you are in a hurry, you are able to collect one.
