Gigaclear Real Slow and major Packet Loss problems

Yes, especially after 8pm in the evening. Recently we had occasions when we haved struggled to stream even through hardwired connection, which for a so say 400mb connection is very poor.

Yes, I've noticed it's been slow the past few evenings. There is a fault reported on their website. Upload speed seems good, just bad downloads. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.

Anyone else having major problems with slow Gigaclear connection speed and packet loss? This is happening particularly between about 6pm and 11-ish pm. My son has run an analysis and found significant packet loss of up to 37%.

I am finding I am frequently losing service completely in the early hours.

Anyone else noticing slowness or dropouts?
