Help please - white polo parked on Grammar School Hill

Hi - apologies if this is the wrong place to post this note.  Im looking for the owner who parked opposite Grammar School Cottage last night - I have a temporary bollard there for a lorry Ive booked for this morning to remove some building material.  The lorry is booked for 9.30 and has arrived early - but has offered to come back later this morning.  I think the Polo parked there yesterday evening.  The reg is GC17 HPP.   I only need access for 30 minutes and there are other spaces available on the road further away.
