I would imagine a minimum charge / call out fee . Best to use a local Charlbury based person ? Dave Hoyle and Kalson for future consideration

You need to provide a little more context to the thread, i.e did the final sum include VAT, the time it took to carry out the work, what other material were used, was there an issue with isolation and thus draining of systems?

Just a comment to warn people about checking twice if you ever contact Thompson Plumbine & Heating (Chipping Norton based) for help.  They have just charged me £169 for fitting a kitchen tap (cost of tap was extra) and when I queried the price, they old me this was quite normal.
