So who's getting the underbridge?

Answer - it is a new rail bridge to the east of Honeybourne station that will carry the Cotswolds Line over the disused trackbed of the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway and it needs to be widened for when the preserved railway extends north to Honeybourne.

Just received this press release (pasted below) from the Department for Transport. Interesting to see that the works will include "3 new platforms (Charlbury, Ascott-under-Wychwood, Honeybourne); 2 new footbridges and 1 new underbridge". So who's getting the subway - us, Honeybourne or Ascott?
