Hit and Run

My car - parked at the top of Dyers Hill - was hit and badly damaged by a pantechnicon this morning between 11.15 and 11.20. There were witnesses, but we don't have the culprit's registration number. The vehicle was dark and light blue and had a trailer. The witnesses say passing vehicles hooted it, but it didn't stop.

Does anyone have knowledge of such a vehicle in Charlbury this morning?
