I have a spare Dell laptop but it does not have windows on it. I could put a clean install of Linux mint or Fedora Cinnamon on it, this would have libre office on it if you needed to do any documents. I find it much more productive that Windows 10 upwards.

Happy to pay. Just need something that doesn't take an hour to start! Only need it for a short project so not investing in new.
