Alan, I have read your message regarding your garden bin.  You can request an assisted bin collection here just as you could where you previously lived.  You can find the form on this link

My grey bin, after collection, was again left right in the middle of my driveway bordering the road. I was expecting an early caller and my open gates indicated that. Why can they not be told to replace the bin where they found it.
