Books at the Church Fete this Saturday

On it you will find a huge quantity of good-quality recent paperback fiction & non-fiction at 50p each or three for £1 (or larger discounts on larger quantities). This is separate stock from the books on sale in the Corner House, and almost none has been offered for sale in Charlbury before. There will also be a good selection of local-interest material, including: a rummage box of books & pamphlets @ 10p each; many dozens of books @ 50p each (no quantity discount) including several copies of Lois Hey's History of Charlbury and John Kibble's Charming Charlbury; and a wide range of higher-priced (but still at significant discount to my online pricing) books, including some otherwise hard-to-find items. Other stalls will be selling children's books and games, and also DVDs & CDs. Bring a carrier bag and plenty of cash! |
