Advice regarding a Shed

Thanks Susie. I’m ok with demolishing, but my hands are so arthritic need help to erect a new one.

We’ve repaired our shed loads of times because of rats and mice.  I think it was because we stored the bird feed in there .  But we did get rid of our old one by burning it.  You be surprised how quickly they come down !

My wooden shed has holes Easter by a rat, I feel I shall have to replace rather than repair.  Wondering if a metal shed would be better but ... any advice regarding how I could get old one down & new erected without paying the earth.  I do wish we had some sort of Barter system in Charlbury, now on my own with age against me this sort of challenge fills me with panic.
