High % of Graduates in Charlbury?

You can browse the data on a map at https://datashine.org.uk/ . Select "Education" in the top right then "Degree" in the dropdown two below. Central Charlbury is very high at 51.4%, but it varies greatly across the town.

The 1996 Town Appraisal gives a 28% figure of residents with degrees, HND or equivalent based on an 85% return of questionnaires to every household in Charlbury.

I recall something about people with postgraduate level education from a few years back. That might be more likely than just Bachelors level?

Did I read somewhere that Charlbury has the highest % of graduates than any other town in England, anyone no where?
