Maybe contact the Salvation Army or another charity for the homeless.

Animal charities - RSPCA etc will often take old duvets for pet bedding although they don't seem to want the feather duvets.

Now that nobody seems to need donations for refugeer any more,  I 've just found  couple of really nice duvets.  Does anyone know of any organisation which is still taking this sort  item?  Please leet me know of you have any ideas or me.  My number is  07961888387.
