Someone to make a cat ladder for Teddy, please?

Here in Hanover Close we have many cats but cat-flaps wouldn't work, so we have cat ladders - wooden planks leading from the ground to the window, with wooden steps contrived so that they can climb up.  A friend with basic DIY skills made one for me and one for my neighbour, but my neighbour's one needs replacing and my friend has moved elsewhere.  If some kind person were to make Teddy a new ladder she'd happily pay (I can't find anything online that would work).  

This is a lovely place to live.
