Black bird trapped

Anyone know who owns the old Baldwin's shop down sheep st by the entrance to Baileys yard ( was a cafe )

The one that has blinds across its windows  well parking my car outside this morning a black bird was trying to get out via blinds and window either that or it was curious to see who was parking 😁 either way do you know who has a key as the bird could do with letting out.

No idea how it got in there in the first place could be window or chimney.
