If this  car has been abandoned then it can be removed by WODC but only if it has no tax or MOT. You will need to check for that on the DVLA website by uploading the registration number. If it is taxed and has a current MOT then I am afraid the only thing you can do is contact the local police and ask them if they can do anything but they will probably say that they can't help and it will be a case of waiting for the owner to remove it.

A red Audi hatchback has been parked across the dropped kerb at the bottom of Sandford Rise/Hanover Close since before Christmas.  It hasn't been moved in all that time.  tt doesn't seem to belong to any of the residents.

Hanover Close is retirement accommodation; people who need dropped kerbs because they use walkers or otherwise can't negotiate a regular drop.  Could it please be dealt with by Community Police, please?
