WODC budget conaultation

They’ve kept it very quiet, but I’ve just seen WODC is doing a ‘consultation’ on its budget proposals.

It is not a very good consultation, as the survey does not allow you to make suggestions beyond a very limited range that the current administration presumably wishes us to consider.  However, there is a free text box at the end which you might want to use to make alternative suggestions, such as the council making better use of its enormous financial reserves, restoring recent service cuts to Charlbury, etc.

The front page also says WODC will be spending money on play areas, which again will be news to this town.  So perhaps a comment to the effect that Charlbury looks forward to benefiting from that!
