Swifts and house martins join UK redlist of endangered birds

If anyone would like advice on swift nesting sites, if you would consider facilitating them nesting at your house, please contact Andrew Lawson or myself. Having scaffolding up is an ideal time. 

I think it is time to do a survey on what swallows and house martins we have left in Charlbury this Summer. If anyone has swallows  or house martins nesting on their property please let me know so we can map them. 

If you are renovating or converting property, please bear in mind that there are mitigation options, so the birds still have somewhere to nest.  Every site counts. Thanks.
