Black waste bin Not emptied today

As usual we had to pick ours up from a way up the path where they had landed after being thrown across the path by ‘The Refuse Collectors’ after they had emptied them! And put our lid back on our food waste bin as it was thrown with such force it broke the lid off! Quality professional service!!!!

I think it was supposed to be recycling this week, Jean, not general waste.  (Certainly, our recycling bin was emptied today just down the road, but sadly not our green bin for garden waste....)
