Covid Booster record on NHS App

Covid booster information has only very recently been available on the NHS App. Understandably there is a delay across the country in Practices and vaccination centres inputting the information so that it reaches the centre and then is available on the App.

Please understand that Practices are rolling out the vaccination programme in addition to their normal duties and have no extra staff to support this . You are all aware of the pressure they are currently under. It will take 2-3 weeks for the information to be visible on your record.

So please do not phone the CMC to ask why your vaccination details are not yet on the App. If for some reason , like travel abroad , you need to have it available urgently, then you can phone 119, but it seems that currently they are not issuing Covid Pass letter for boosters.

 Rest assured the Practice is working as hard as possible to input all the hundreds of booster vaccinations they have done and with staff absence and illness there is inevitably some delay.
