Musicians welcome at church!

As featured in the "What's On" column of this website, we have an every-other-month evening service at St Mary's (details here), for which we're hoping to develop a small group of occasional musicians.  We have a regular keyboard player, joined this Sunday by a local cellist .. and would love to extend our range.  You'd not need to commit to every session - it would be a scratch group each time, rehearsing on the day.

The service isn't exactly an "informal" one, as described in this week's church notice-sheet:  there's a simple liturgy -- what the Church of England rather inelegantly describes as a "Service of the Word".
