Whilst driving to work at 7am this morning (Thursday 11th November), my brother-in-law was involved in a car crash (he has a Black Nissan Quashqai). He was near the speed signs leaving Charlbury on the Woodstock Road when a black BMW (older style) 3 series heading into Charlbury, crossed the road and hit (& flattened) the 30 mile an hour speed sign on the wrong side of the road. It hit my brother-in-law's car before crossing the road again and crashing into the verge on the other side. This BMW then managed to drive off!!! Police aware.
