My son has taken one of our dogs for a walk round the Town an hour ago, there was a white van with large body & quite grubby, no number plate on the front & unreadable plate on the rear, with two men in it the passenger quite young, they slowed down & had a good look at our dog, my son stared at them & the passenger shook his head & they carried on. He then saw them by the Co-op & there was a dog tied up outside the shop & they were looking at it as they slowly went by so my son went & stood by the Co-op until the owner of the dog came out. They might not have been dog thieves, but dog owners please be aware that those kind of low-lives are still out there, so don’t tie your dog(s) up outside a shop, leave them at home where they are safe & take them out later.
