I'm not *exactly* local as I live in London, but I grew up nearby and visit regularly (and looking to move to Charlbury as soon as circumstances allow). I'man illustrator and graphic designer of 20+ years and have done various commissions along these lines before. Have a look at my website www.ungoedcreative.com and see if anything takes your fancy. The only thing is I am currently recovering from a bout of flu that has absolutely floored me so may not be fully functioning until early next week.
